Today I made my mum’s meatballs

These meatballs are very laborious to produce but the taste is priceless. My mum still makes them for me and my kids when we go over but she doesn’t have a recipe to give. She always tells me to put a little bit of this and a little bit of that but never gives me the exact quantities.The only thing she goes on about is not to put too much garlic and to chop it very finely.
